Splendid Etoile Hotel - Paris

I had high expectations for my stay, especially given the price. The room was small and did not match the description we were provided online. The bed was uncomfortable. I also found the staff to be dismissive when I tried to address the issues, which left a sour taste to our experience.

Location is really perfect.All of the transports systems are in front of the door (RER, Metro, Bus, Taxi, Air France Shuttle).Around of the hotel is full of different types of restaurants and cafe.The hotel staffs are all really friendly and trying to create a pleasant stay for the guests.Specially the concierge man, Farrokh which is really wonderful.All of the staffs are also good in English language.The rooms are in proper size even with an extra bed and also nice bath.There is a nice view to Etoile from the small balcony of our room. All of the towels and blankets smell so good.I have had the experience of stay in 5 different hotels in Paris, but for sure I will come back to Splendid Hotel again for my next trip to Paris

Location is beside Arc de Trimph and Train/Metro Station and short walk to Champs Elysse.

Perfect getaway for a solo traveler

Oh, let me tell you about my unexpected upgrade! They bumped me up to this fine suite on the top floors that took my breath away! The ambiance was amazing!

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I think it was still reasonable.

Price of the breakfeast

We liked very much for its location. We could walk everywhere from the hotel. Metro and rer stations were just front of us. Even its on the etoile road, because of the well isolated double windows , there was not any noise.thanks to the hotel people for their good hospitalities.

Breakfast is excluded. And it is expensive per person if we compare with the room price.

Conveniently located, with restaurants and attractions like the Arc de Triomphe within walking distance. The staff exuded warmth and friendliness, particularly the gentleman at the reception. The room, with a charming French balcony with a fine view, was beautifully maintained and consistently clean. Breakfast options included tasty gluten-free dishes.

The hotel is quiet, it has amazingly nice staff at night shift. The property has a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner...

The location was excellent, staff were very pleasant and especially the Concierge who made my five year old son feel very special. Room with a balcony overlooking the Arc D'Triomphe was fantastic.

A birthday to remember here

Celebrating my mother's birthday at this hotel was blissful. The room was beautifully decorated, and we received a good cake upon check-in! The genuine care from the staff left us smiling.

Sadly, we faced issues with the hot water in the mornings a bit. It was unexpected during such a special trip.

Excellent location in Paris and very friendly and helpful staff.

An amazing experience!

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. They all spoke English which is a big help when in France. The location was excellent, right at the Arch de Triumph.

Enjoyed the double room with the best view in paris, felt like we were home.
